• Partner with customers to define vision, strategy, and goals while assessing operational processes
• Lead the design of scheduling and capacity management solutions
• Engage with customers to track strategic goals and drive outcomes
• Build and maintain customer satisfaction, driving incremental sales and expanding customer reference status
• Serve as a trusted advisor, using industry expertise to solve critical business challenges

• Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare initiatives, customer management, or healthcare consulting
• Strong consulting, process improvement, and interpersonal skills
• Minimum undergraduate degree in clinical or business field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time

• 5+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Multi-customer management experience
• Proficiency in the current regulatory environment related to healthcare quality and reporting
• Experience creating client-facing presentations and training materials
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
