Data Quality & Reporting Analyst (Remote)

St. Thomas Community Health Center (STCHC) is hiring a Data Quality & Reporting Analyst to help ensure the accuracy, reliability, and operational impact of the data that drives our clinical and operational decisions.

Location:
100% Remote (U.S.
-based)
- Monitor recurring clinical and operational reports for unexpected trends or anomalies
- Maintain and validate Tableau dashboards used by leadership and operational teams
- Pull data from approved reporting environments to support dashboard updates and reporting needs
- Investigate unexpected metric changes and determine whether issues are data-related or operational
- Manage recurring report distribution to leadership and program teams
- Track follow-up actions when performance issues are identified
- Support simple ad hoc data requests and operational analyses
- Help maintain reporting continuity during leadership absences
Strong candidates are naturally curious and comfortable asking questions such as "Does this number make sense?" or "What changed in the denominator?"
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, healthcare, public health, informatics, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with Tableau dashboards
- Basic SQL knowledge (ability to read or modify queries)
- Strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in healthcare or Federally Qualified Health Centers
- Familiarity with Epic reporting tools such as Reporting Workbench, Slicer Dicer, or Clarity extracts
- Experience supporting clinical quality or operational performance reporting
