Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Cypress, TX. As part of our continued expansion, we are also hiring a BCBA and a Clinic Director to support our clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program in Cypress, TX. Our organization is committed to delivering high-quality ABA services to children and families while fostering a supportive, collaborative environment for our clinical staff.

As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality ABA services and supporting our clinical staff in a collaborative environment.

• Deliver high-quality ABA services to children and families.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and junior clinicians.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative environment for clinical staff.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification or eligibility preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience (5+ years preferred).

• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and junior clinicians.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience in a clinic-based ABA program.

• Sign-On Bonus:
  Up to $10,000.
• Monthly Performance Bonus:
  Up to $1,000 per month ($12,000 annually).
