We are seeking a talented and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives
• LBA in Maryland
