• Develop and implement healthcare professional (HCP) education tactics aligned with commercial business priorities and corporate strategy
• Collaborate with sales, clinical training, marketing, and market access teams to identify HCP education needs
• Design and facilitate medical education programs to support HCPs from awareness to product adoption
• Maintain relationships with HCPs and thought leaders in diabetes technology and education
• Measure, track, and report the impact of medical education programs while ensuring compliance with local regulations

• Bachelor’s degree, Pharm
  
  D, PhD, or MS in life sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Relevant professional experience in medical education within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Expertise in adult education theory, best practices, and delivery models
• Ability to develop innovative and impactful presentations and learning content
• Experience in the medical device industry, including knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards

• Understanding of diabetes disease state, clinical decision‑making, treatment landscape, and ongoing clinical trials/research
• Proficiency in a second language is an asset
