What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, including relationship building, selling, and troubleshooting
  • Strategize and execute sales activities to create opportunities with new and existing practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders within customer organizations
  • Conduct customer feedback assessments and implement systems to monitor satisfaction and needs
  • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to provide insights and drive decision‑making for practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sales or account management
  • Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field or equivalent work experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong experience with long‑term contract negotiations and account management
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to establish executive‑level relationships and conduct high‑level meetings and presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the specialty healthcare field or with pharmaceutical products
  • Knowledge of insurance/payer landscape and trends in healthcare reimbursement
  • Clinical or medical administrative credentials
  • Proficiency in MS Office,  or other CRM systems
