- Manage day-to-day account activities, including relationship building, selling, and troubleshooting

- Strong experience with long‑term contract negotiations and account management
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to establish executive‑level relationships and conduct high‑level meetings and presentations
- Experience in the specialty healthcare field or with pharmaceutical products
- Knowledge of insurance/payer landscape and trends in healthcare reimbursement
- Clinical or medical administrative credentials
- Proficiency in MS Office, or other CRM systems
