Advance Care Health Services, LLC is looking for a Part‑Time Home Care Consultant with Home Care Management experience who can review our current company practices and provide insight to grow our Home Care division. We are looking for an individual who possesses ideas for the future.
The ideal candidate should have experience running operations in a non‑medical Home care agency (Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent)
This is a Contract Part‑Time Consultant work‑from‑home position, for 10 to 20 hours per week. You must have high‑speed internet and at least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse, and keyboard to use with our company laptop.

You must currently reside in Tennessee to be eligible.
Job ResponsibilitiesReviews Home care operations alongside the team to identify growth constraints and improvement opportunities, then shares findings and recommendations with leadership to increase growth.
ConsultantJob Duties
- Review the Home care Division's retention of clients and caregivers, suggest ways to improve retention.
- Review the Home care Division’s client and caregiver outreach, referral sources, and recruitment channels, and recommend improvements to increase referrals and hiring.
- Assist in implementing those recommendations that are accepted.
- Review processes and procedures to ensure compliance, suggest ways to improve. Work with management to improve the growth rate of the Home care Division.
- Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement.
- Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff.
- Must be flexible and organized.
- Must be able to work without close supervision.
- The ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Must be able to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality.
- Must be tech‑savvy.
- Must be flexible and willing to work and learn on the fly.
- You should be comfortable with software and technology and be an overall organized person.
