Position: Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Burnsville, Minnesota

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available for a remote contract position supporting school-based services in Minnesota. This opportunity involves working virtually with students from PreK through 12th grade to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders. The SLP will create individualized therapy plans, provide direct interventions, collaborate with educators and families, and track progress toward communication goals throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans targeting communication improvement
  • Deliver direct teletherapy services to students within a school-based setting
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
Qualifications
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
  • Minimum 2 years of school-based SLP experience
  • Comfortable with teletherapy technology, webcam, and computer use
  • Ability to pass technical screening and internet speed requirements
  • Liability insurance coverage (minimum 500K/500K)
