** Key Role Functions
*** Drive effectiveness of a Market Point Vice President
* Coordinate logistics of requests, priorities and calendaring
* Arrange travel, managing itineraries and expense reports
* Support team meetings with agenda building and follow up on action items
* Work cross functionally with understanding of organizational priorities

**** Required Qualifications
*** 4+ years of experience providing administrative support to executive level leadership
* 6+ years of experience in an administrative or support role
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Power Point
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; prioritizing workload
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field
* Familiarity with large projects

* At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
* Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
* Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
* Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
* Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
