Role Description

We seek a contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a hybrid role in Spokane, WA, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The practitioner will perform psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management, offering evidence-based care to clients. Day-to-day duties include identifying and addressing mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes compassionate care for individuals aged 13 to 65 with a variety of mental health concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatric Care
• Strong background in Mental Health Care and Nursing practices
• Licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on mental health
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in telehealth or virtual care platforms is a plus
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington State (or ability to obtain one)
