Senior Self Pay Operations Specialist

• Oversee the self-pay accounts receivable process to ensure efficient management of accounts
• Manage bad debt inventory, placements, and reconciliation of transactions
• Conduct reviews of deceased accounts for proper handling and resolution
• Prepare and analyze reports on self-pay aging performance for leadership
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations in billing and collections activities

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare billing and collections
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to foster a collaborative work environment and provide team leadership

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 2 years of knowledge in revenue cycle management
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated critical thinking abilities
