The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical growth and services at Children’s Specialized ABA in our upcoming EI Center located in Princeton, NJ and in home locations.
What You’ll Do:This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Oversee all clinical services delivered in Princeton, NJ and surrounding areas and then at the Princeton, NJ EI Center once open.
- Perform outreach to pediatricians, clinics, families, diagnosticians, and other referral sources to drive referrals.
- Support orientation and training for new BCBAs and ongoing professional development for the clinical team.
- Serve as the responsible supervisor for RBTs in graduate school, including facilitation of group supervision where applicable.
- Conduct initial assessments for new clients.
- Provide temporary case coverage as needed for BCBAs.
- Collaborate closely with Center Administration to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to the BCBA team.
- Maintain up to 20 billable hours per week.
- Actively deliver BCBA services and maintain billable activity as the organization continues to grow.
- Master’s Degree Required.
- Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience after BCBA certification and at least 6 years of ABA industry experience.
- Active NJ LBA.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Hours:
- In homes & community settings and in Children’s Specialized ABA’s upcoming EI Center located in Princeton, NJ.
- Monday‑Friday.
- 9:00am‑5:30pm.

Base salary range: $115,000‑$125,000
Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $115,000‑$125,000 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job‑related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
