• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation system and all related products
• Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and navigation procedures
• Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping products and related procedures
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to achieve or exceed sales goals within all cardiac mapping products
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to conduct training and support for mapping and other cardiac solutions products

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or an associate degree plus a minimum of 4 years, or a bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the assigned territory
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Ability to freely move throughout the facility and interact with personal computers

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or medical sales providing technical/clinical support
