Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Washington
Lucent Psych is expanding and hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in Washington who wants meaningful mentorship, clinical autonomy, and a patient‑first approach to care.
You’ll work closely with Dr. Andrea Ancer Leal, DNP, PMHNP-BC, LMSW — Founder & Chief Clinical Operations of Lucent Psych and Courtesy Faculty Preceptor at Yale School of Nursing — with structured clinical support designed to build confidence in diagnostic reasoning, pharmacology, and therapy‑informed prescribing.
- Remote-First Position: Work from home
- In-Person Requirement: Must be able to come on-site to our Seattle, WA office as needed for regulatory changes, controlled substance requirements, or periodic in‑person visits

Seattle / Seattle area - Population:
Adults (18+) — ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar spectrum
- Salary: $140,000 base, with total compensation up to $170,000+ including performance bonuses.
