This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), based in Mesa, AZ, with opportunities for remote work. The BCBA will be responsible for creating and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments such as functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and supervising applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy services. Additional tasks include providing training and education to parents and staff, monitoring client progress, and collaborating to promote effective behavior management strategies.
The BCBA will ensure compliance with all relevant standards and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong understanding of Behavior Management and Psychology in clinical settings
- Experience in providing Parent Education and caregiver support
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Relevant experience with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
