Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Norwell, MA (REMOTE)

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $70K-85K/yr

Position Requirement:
Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available

  • Starting Salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines.
  • Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
  • Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
  • Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, maintain boundaries, and pass a background check.

Additional Valuable

Qualifications:

  • Experience in mental health practice or community settings.
  • Insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas.
