Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) $70K-85K/yr

Our compensation packages include a starting salary range of $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, 401K with maximum employee matching, health care benefits, paid time off, and full administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans, and complete necessary documentation.
• Provide excellent client care, collaborate with the team, and utilize creativity in interventions.
• Maintain required patient care hours per week, coordinate services with other providers, and attend clinical meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records, effective communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Comfort working with diverse client populations and ability to maintain appropriate boundaries.
• Ability to pass a background check for providing safe care.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas are advantageous.
