• Manage inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day
• Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims and provide necessary information
• Evaluate current policies and recommend process improvements
• Communicate effectively with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
• Document all accounts while ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One year or more of customer service experience
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and exercise critical thinking skills
• Experience utilizing tools to verify eligibility and claim status

• One year or more of high-volume call experience
• One year or more of healthcare or medical experience
