Job Summary and QualificationsThe Compliance Analyst is responsible for assisting the Compliance Manager and/or Compliance Director with analysis, tracking and resolution of compliance-related issues within the Physician Service Center. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you.
What you will do in this role:- Triage the PSC Ethics and Compliance Mailbox
- Assist in development of frequently asked questions “FAQ” Compliance Repository and assist as needed with the creation and maintenance of an Online Compliance Resource Center
- Assist in development of Compliance related education, presentations and venues as requested
- Assist in maintaining the PSC Ethics and Compliance SharePoint Team Room
- Assist department management with completion of periodic reviews, audits and other requirements outlined in Company policies and Standards, i.e. Assist with Monthly Compliance Functional Standards
- Perform research and analysis on corporate policies and federal payer rules, regulations and transmittals as directed
- Log privacy‑related issues into the Privacy Log and ensure all information is present for appropriate reporting
- Log compliance related issues into the Compliance General Issues Log and ensure all information is present for appropriate reporting
- Log Patient Concerns, Risk Management/Quality of Care incidents and ensure all information is present for appropriate reporting. Also includes follow up on open events as needed
- Maintain Work Flow process database for changes or/and addition of new workflows for Compliance processes
- Track Employee Compliance education course requirements to ensure timely completion
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute education requirements
- Minimum 2 years related experience required
