  • Help our individuals thrive by conducting detailed nutrition assessments, designing individualized nutrition interventions, and empowering staff through practical, hands-on training.
  • Build strong relationships with a diverse team - from dedicated direct care staff to interdisciplinary professionals and caregivers - all working together to deliver the best nutrition care possible.
Benefits
  • Extensive paid training and certification program
  • Generous benefit package (medical, dental, vision, pet insurance)
  • Paid time off (increases over years of service)
  • Self-directed retirement plan options (403B)
  • PSLF loan forgiveness eligibility
  • Reimbursement for license dues & Academy membership
  • Access to an Employee Assistant Program including mental health resources
  • Ongoing diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging initiatives
  • A culture of appreciation, respect, and teamwork
Qualifications
  • A full-time RDN – experienced or new to the IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disability) field of nutrition.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and the Dietetic Internship completed successfully.
  • Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist license/certification from the CDR and CD-N
  • Experience in determining and managing the nutritional needs of persons with disabilities is desirable.
  • Adheres to and promotes the ethical standards of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Must also be able to travel to group homes and other locations, as needed (mileage reimbursement is provided).
