Requirement:

* Candidate must have a strong market understanding and proven track record in client acquisition.

* Should be able to generate new clients within the first 30 days of joining.

* Immediate market connections & industry network preferred.

Role Overview :

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition in Healthcare & Life Sciences recruitment. The role involves partnering with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and life science organizations to provide skilled doctors, nurses, clinical researchers, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business opportunities from hospitals, healthcare groups, and pharma companies.

* Build long-term partnerships with medical directors, HR leaders, and talent acquisition heads.

* Promote recruitment solutions for doctors, nurses, paramedics, pharma & biotech professionals.

* Handle negotiations, client onboarding, and service agreements.

* Coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver quality healthcare professionals.

* Keep track of healthcare hiring trends, regulatory requirements, and manpower shortages.

* Achieve defined sales and revenue goals.

Skills &

Competencies:

* Deep understanding of healthcare/medical staffing needs.

* Prior experience in healthcare/clinical/pharma recruitment sales preferred.

* Strong networking with hospitals, pharma, and research institutes.

* Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.

Qualification:

* Graduate/MBA (Life Sciences, Pharma, or HR/Marketing preferred).

* 4–8 years in healthcare/life sciences recruitment business development.
