• Degree in Life Sciences or related field
• 2–5 years of BD, Sales, or Alliance Management experience in biotech/pharma/CDMO.
• Experience with CMC development in biologics, vaccines, or ATMPs is a plus.
• Strong communicator with interest in digital tools and lead generation.
• Hands‑on, curious, and open‑minded team player.
• Comfortable with remote work and with cooperating with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Engage potential biotech and pharma clients, particularly in Europe and North America.
• Build and manage a growing pipeline of qualified leads.
• Manage the preparation of proposals, client presentations, and custom service packages in close cooperation with R&D and Client Project Management.
• Participate in industry events to expand your network and represent Leukocare externally.
• Drive lead generation activities including webinars, newsletters, campaigns, and content distribution.
• Manage and maintain lead data and outreach activities
• Assess and implement new tools for digital engagement and lead nurturing.
