What You’ll DoConsulting & Compliance
- Lead development and implementation of integrated IPAC and H&S programs.
- Conduct on-site assessments, audits, risk analyses, and investigations.
- Provide practical recommendations and monitor program effectiveness.
Education & Policy Development
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to frontline staff, managers, and leadership.
- Create and revise policies, procedures, and protocols tailored to sector‑specific regulatory requirements.
- Support clients through Ministry inspections, accreditation, and audit readiness.
Client Relationships & Representation
- Foster strong, ongoing relationships with assigned clients.
- Identify opportunities for new or expanded services through industry engagement.
- Represent IPAC Consulting at conferences, trade shows, and speaking events.
Innovation & Team Collaboration
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings and tools.
- Work closely with other consultants to share expertise and improve internal systems.
- Help refine and expand our internal educational content and audit tools.
Must‑Haves:
- LTC‑CIP designation (Long-Term Care Certified Infection Preventionist) at time of hire, in accordance with Ontario Reg. 246/22.
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, science, or safety‑related field.
- Demonstrated experience in infection prevention, health & safety, or public health.
- Strong working knowledge of workplace safety systems (e.g., WHMIS, violence prevention, RACE/PASS, safety boards, incident reporting).
- Comfortable navigating regulatory frameworks and working with clients in compliance‑driven sectors.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract (travel required across Ontario and occasionally Canada/US).
- Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) and TB screening prior to employment.
- Up‑to‑date immunization per healthcare standards.
- French language skills are an asset.
