Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Corporate Wellness Coordinator to join our team. As a Remote Corporate Wellness Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing wellness programs for our employees and promoting a healthy lifestyle within our organization. This is a full-time, remote position based in Bristol, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive wellness program for our employees that aligns with our company's values and goals - Collaborate with various departments to create and promote wellness initiatives, including physical activity challenges, healthy eating programs, and mental health resources - Conduct research on current wellness trends and best practices to continuously improve the program - Create and distribute educational materials on various wellness topics - Organize and lead wellness events, such as workshops, seminars, and fitness classes - Monitor and track employee participation and progress in wellness activities - Communicate regularly with employees to promote and encourage participation in wellness initiatives - Collaborate with external vendors and partners to offer additional resources and services to our employees - Maintain accurate records and reports on the effectiveness and impact of the wellness program - Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to corporate wellness programs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate wellness or a related field - Strong knowledge of wellness principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Experience with project management and event planning - Passion for promoting and encouraging a healthy lifestyle - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Willingness to travel occasionally for wellness events and conferences We
