Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

What You’ll Do- Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide direct behavioral therapy using proven ABA strategies
- Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support skill growth across home, school, and community settings
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and guide treatment decisions
- Train, mentor, and supervise behavior technicians and other team members
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of client progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with a supportive team using a multi-environmental approach
- Enjoy a flexible, self-paced schedule that supports work-life balance
- BCBA/BCaBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field
- Experience working with children with special needs, especially autism
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- A team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
