Key Responsibilities

Review, evaluate, and provide expert feedback on rehabilitation counseling scenarios for AI model training purposes.

Develop and refine written content that accurately reflects the complexities of rehabilitation counseling, from assessment to intervention strategies.

Collaborate with AI development teams to ensure content authenticity and clinical relevance.

Analyze and interpret industry-specific cases, ensuring cultural competence and ethical considerations are addressed.

Ensure all training material aligns with best practices and current regulations in rehabilitation counseling.

Provide detailed insights into counseling techniques, disability accommodation, and support planning for individuals with diverse needs.

Required

Skills and Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

Relevant certification or licensure (CRC, LPC, or equivalent).

Extensive experience as a Rehabilitation Counselor in diverse clinical or community settings.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts with clarity and precision.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, detail-oriented feedback.

Familiarity with current practices, legal standards, and ethical guidelines in rehabilitation counseling.
