Medical Virtual Assistant

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Medical Virtual Assistant to support healthcare-related administrative tasks while maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and professionalism. • Manage patient communications, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with data protection standards
• Assist with medical documentation, transcription, and report formatting
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and clients as needed
• Support billing, insurance verification, and other administrative processes
• Contribute to workflow improvements and take on additional responsibilities as trust and familiarity grow

• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Experience in medical administration or healthcare support preferred
• Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection protocols (e.g., HIPAA or equivalent)
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in EMR/EHR systems and remote collaboration tools
