• Job Type: Full-time (minimum 35 clients per week) | Part-time (minimum 15 clients per week)

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Illinois Occupational Therapist License
• Illinois Early Intervention (EI) Credential or actively in the process of obtaining (we can assist)

• Adaptive development and behavior
• Sensory, motor, and postural development
• Restorative and play-based therapy approaches

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services to children (birth to age
  3) in their natural environments (home or daycare)
• Conduct initial evaluations/assessments, six-month reviews, and discharge summaries in compliance with Early Intervention requirements
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals
• Track, monitor, and document each child’s developmental progress
• Provide family education and coaching to support strategies in daily routines
• Create developmentally appropriate play-based activities tailored to each child’s needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
