Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate pre‑licensed mental health therapist (e.g., LPC-IT, APSW, MFT-IT) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist seeking supervision, experience in an outpatient setting, and professional development in a supportive, team‑based environment.

Preferably, the right candidate will hold a minimum of 1500 clinically supervised hours in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients in an outpatient setting
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress in a timely, professional manner
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors and team members to support client care and your growth as a clinician
  • Attend regular supervision and team meetings
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
  • Must hold active LPC-IT or APSW. SAC-IT also encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to support others
  • Open‑minded, self‑aware, and committed to cultural humility and inclusivity
  • Comfortable working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
