Revenue Integrity Analyst; Remote in Wisconsin

• Review and resolve missed or miscoded charges in accordance with coding policies and guidelines
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and other payer requirements in coding and billing practices
• Utilize Epic applications for hospital and clinic coding and health information management
• Conduct thorough analysis and auditing of coding and billing processes
• Collaborate with team members to enhance revenue integrity and operational efficiency

• Associates degree required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in coding and/or billing in lieu of degree
• Proficiency in Epic applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• At least one relevant certification such as RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPB, or CMRS
• Must not have been excluded from participation in federally funded programs including Medicare and Medicaid

• Additional credentials from other relevant disciplines
• Familiarity with healthcare coding and billing regulations
