• Compensation is structured to provide income stability while you grow into your role as a clinician.
• Typical earnings range from $57,000 – $71,000 annually, depending on licensure and experience, once caseload is established.
• Ramp-up income is provided to support income stability while your caseload grows.

• As an Associate Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will provide outpatient therapy services while receiving support designed specifically for clinicians working toward independent licensure.
• You’ll work alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative environment grounded in authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
• Complete assessments and develop treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Maintain timely clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision and professional development
• Collaborate with team members to support client outcomes
• Provide crisis support when clinically appropriate

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active Colorado associate license (LPCC, LSW, or equivalent)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire to grow clinically within a supportive team environment
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional development
