A new hospice provider seeks an On-Call RN for a flexible 7 on / 7 off schedule. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 annually, with an additional $8,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include delivering compassionate care, responding to patient needs during off-hours, and guiding families through end-of-life processes. Candidates should have an active RN license and prefer candidates with hospice experience.
