Position OverviewWe are seeking to hire a clinical psychologist to create and manage our clinical testing program. The role requires competency in providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and experience working with pediatric, adolescent, and young adult populations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complete psychiatric assessment on child & adolescent patients
- Conduct psychosocial evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions, including crisis counseling, to facilitate behavioral health clinical care management
- Determine an evaluation plan addressing referral questions, diagnostic questions, treatment recommendations, and/or needs for special education accommodations
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological measures
- Write thorough testing reports explaining evaluation results
- Provide feedback to the client and coordinate with other providers to share results when requested
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill community gaps
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Education and Experience
- Licensed and credentialed to practice in the state of Massachusetts
- Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA‑accredited program and completion of an APA‑approved clinical psychology internship
- Experience completing psychological evaluations
- Familiarity with school systems and the IEP/504 process
- Ability to complete and submit documentation and other required documents in a timely manner
