- Coordinate authorizations with Autism Services Navigators and Utilization Management
- Answer inbound calls regarding the TRICARE Autism Care Demonstration and educate beneficiaries and providers
- Assist in obtaining additional information to complete referrals
- Manage a high volume of customer service inquiries related to referral management
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to Department of Defense contract
- Must successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or referral management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare/medical or health insurance field
- Experience with medical terminology and/or UM/Coding
- Military healthcare service experience or knowledge of the TRICARE entitlement program
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
