This is a partl-time on-site role located remote work for a Clinical Therapist. The Clinical Therapist will provide individual and group therapy, facilitate parent skill-building workshops, and offer couples or family therapy. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with families to address mental health challenges, and maintaining accurate case documentation. The therapist will also work in alignment with the principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), actively contributing to a supportive and effective care environment for clients and families.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Social Work and Case Management for delivering professional, empathetic care
- Strong background in Psychology and Mental Health to address diverse emotional and behavioral challenges
- Expertise in Family Therapy, with the ability to work collaboratively with parents and guardians
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent credential preferred
- Experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or willingness to pursue training is highly desirable
