Senior E-Billing Specialist - Remote

• Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via web-based e-billing systems or email, troubleshooting and resolving errors
• Assist with e-billing for complex clients, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines and accuracy of final invoices
• Monitor invoice validations, approvals, and rejections; research and resolve issues as needed
• Provide technical support and customer service regarding e-billing processes to billing attorneys and staff
• Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts and track approved timekeepers and rates

• Minimum of five years’ experience with legal e-billing
• Experience with major e-billing systems such as Legal Tracker, Counsel
  
  GO, and others
• Intermediate Excel skills, including vLookup and Pivot Tables
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
• Familiarity with minor e-billing systems
• AA or BA degree
