• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for patients
• Assess and monitor patients' nutritional needs and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Provide nutritional education and resources to patients and families
• Stay informed on current research and best practices in nutrition
• Conduct workshops and seminars to promote nutrition awareness
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to nutritional care

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in nutritional support or related healthcare roles
• Strong knowledge of dietary guidelines and nutritional principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Certification as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is preferred
