📍 Herndon, VA (Flexible: In-Person & Telehealth)
Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed LCSW Clinical Supervisor ready to step into a leadership role with a clear path to Clinic Director. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a locally owned, fast-growing clinic focused on expanding access to high-quality mental health care.
What You’ll Do:- Maintain a caseload of 20–22 clients per week
- Provide clinical supervision to a small team of pre-licensed therapists (MSW/LMSW)
- Oversee clinic productivity, documentation, and quality of care
- Support hiring, training, and performance management
- Partner with ownership to drive clinic growth and community outreach
- Active Virginia LCSW license + VA Board Approved Supervisor status
- 1–2+ years of clinical supervision experience in private practice
- Comfortable in a performance-based compensation environment
- Strong knowledge of VA mental health regulations
- Someone who can share their passion for the field with their Supervisees, and ensure that they are provided guidance and support weekly

RequiredQualifications and Skills:
- Candidates are required to have at least a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Required to be a licensed mental health professional in the state of Virginia.
