Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; PMHNP - Women's Health - Pennsylvania licensed

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PMHNP to join our growing, mission-driven organization focused on providing high quality holistic mental health care to women throughout all reproductive life stages including perinatal to perimenopause.

• Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model.
• Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist.
• This is a 1099 contract, expected to average up to 5-10 hours a week.
• Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute followups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length.
• Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices.

• Must be Board Certified PA (Pennsylvania) PMHNP in good standing.
• Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in our open and upcoming markets (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Floridia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin) and (Louisiana, Oklahoma, and/or Massachusetts).
• RN Compact licensure preferred. No DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances).
• Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population.
• 6+ months working in telehealth.
• Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period.
• Grounded in evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care.
• Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication.
• Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care.
• Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently.

New patient or outpatient visit, 45-59 minutes: $80

Established patient visit, 30-39 minutes: $40

Established patient visit, 20-29 minutes: $35

PRN admin time: $75/hr
