Job Scope

Oversees and monitors rehabilitative exercise programmes for individual clients; develop and implement appropriate programs to improve overall wellbeing of client.
To be able to support neuro related cases and geriatric type clients
Conduct home based physical therapy sessions
Provide advise and protocols in conducting rehabilitative exercise programmes
Provide clinical advise on handling of clients with chronic illnesses
Work with exercise specialist to execute programmes

Administration

Maintain database/records of all clients to provide evidence-based exercise programme with accurate and appropriate documentation.
Ensure that proper case notes for all clients
Collate data from outcome measures and provide review and analysis of data
Any other duty as assigned by Director of the team or Lead Physiotherapist

Requirements

Degree or Diploma from a recognised institution
Preferably 2 or 3 years clinical experience
Be a team player with excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn, independent
Experience in geriatric and/or neuro cases.
Obtained Full or Restricted Registration and a valid practicing License with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC).
