Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Arkansas
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This role supports individuals and families through virtual therapy while ensuring clinical approaches remain consistent and effective. As an LMFT, your work will focus on structured sessions, thoughtful treatment planning, and continuity of care.
Primary Duties- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families via telehealth
- Establish and revise treatment goals based on client progress
- Document sessions clearly and accurately
- Review clinical notes for quality and clarity
- Participate in clinical planning conversations
- Maintain compliance with Arkansas LMFT standards
- Active Arkansas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline
- 2+ years of post‑licensure experience
- Experience delivering therapy remotely
- Strong case management skills
- 2 weeks paid time off
