Comprehensive Autism Center (CAC) is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to provide behavioral intervention for children ages 1 to 22 in home, preschool, and community settings.

Deliver 1:1 behavioral instruction using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a child’s natural environment. You'll receive extensive initial and ongoing training, and work across developmental areas while collecting data to build skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning.
Availability Needed:Sessions occur between 8 AM – 7 PM
, based on your selected days.
After training, eligible BTs can sit for the RBT exam with one test fee reimbursed
. Those in good standing are offered advancement opportunities through CAC’s RBT career pathway.
What We’re Looking For:
- Interest in learning ABA
- Energetic and passionate about working with children
- Dependable team player
- Aspiring professionals in education, psychology, or teaching
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- Able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required
