** Summary
* * Vanderbilt Home Care Services has delivered high‑quality home health care across Middle Tennessee for more than 40 years. Our team of 175 licensed professionals provides care to more than 650 patients daily, traveling nearly 900,000 miles each year to support recovery, manage complex conditions, and help patients remain safely  are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide pediatric home-based speech therapy and infant feeding intervention for medically fragile infants and children.

This PRN position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the home setting.
** Responsibilities*
* • Evaluate and treat neonates and infants with swallowing and oral feeding disorders  
• Provide pediatric speech-language therapy to support communication and developmental milestones  
• Educate and counsel families on feeding strategies and home-based exercises  
• Deliver independent therapeutic services and identify clinical areas of specialization  
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes  
• Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain best practices in pediatric home health
** Requirements*
* • One (1) year of experience with infant medical feeding required  
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Tennessee or eligible for licensure  
Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and commitment to patient-centered care  
• Ability to work independently in a home environment
