This is a remote contract role for a Contract Billing Trainer at Neighbors Counseling. The role involves developing and delivering training sessions on healthcare billing processes, policies, and technologies. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating instructional materials, ensuring compliance with billing regulations, and providing ongoing support and guidance to staff to optimize billing practices and accuracy.

• Knowledge of billing systems, healthcare billing codes, and insurance regulations
• Experience in creating instructional materials, conducting training sessions, and using effective teaching methods
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Understand or Jane App and Claim MD
• Proficiency in using billing software or relevant platforms
• Background in financial processes in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
