Compensation:
  • $200,000 - $250,000 base salary (negotiable)
  • 25% annual bonus (performance-based)

Overview

SNI Companies is recruiting for a Senior Vice President, Client Success on behalf of a leading healthcare services organization specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for facility-based physician practices. This executive role will provide strategic and operational leadership across a large, complex client portfolio with a strong focus on anesthesia services.

This is a fully remote position with national scope and significant executive visibility.

Position Summary

The Senior Vice President, Client Success is responsible for ensuring clients receive best-in-class service delivery across the organization's RCM service lines. This leader will oversee a high-performing Client Success organization, maintain executive-level client relationships, and partner closely with Sales and executive leadership to drive growth, retention, and operational excellence.

The role includes a dual reporting structure and responsibility for managing multiple Directors, who in turn oversee Managers and frontline teams. Team size may fluctuate, but candidates should expect responsibility for 1-5 Directors, with additional indirect leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive leadership, vision, and strategic direction to the Client Success organization
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team within Healthcare RCM, with a strong emphasis on anesthesia revenue cycle operations
  • Own executive-level client relationships and overall client satisfaction
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and active contributor to enterprise-wide business planning
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service levels exceed client expectations
  • Partner with Sales to support new business development and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Oversee onboarding and implementation of new client contracts, ensuring services are delivered on time and aligned with contractual commitments
  • Take ownership of client relationships post-sale, coordinating closely with Sales and executive leadership
  • Identify risks, service gaps, and performance issues; lead corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive organic growth by identifying strategic opportunities within the existing client base
  • Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture that supports professional growth and leadership development
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Extensive experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Strong background supporting facility-based physician groups, ideally within anesthesia
  • Proven executive leadership experience overseeing Directors and Managers
  • Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships at the executive level
Travel Requirements
  • Fully remote position (U.S.

    -based)
  • Up to 50% domestic travel, as required, to visit key clients and support strategic initiatives
Skills & Competencies
  • Executive presence with exceptional client-facing and communication skills
  • Strong operational and financial acumen within healthcare RCM
  • Ability to lead through change in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with standard business tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
