Full Time (40 hrs/wk)
- Serve as a critical member of the Ambulatory Clinical Support Team for Pharmacy, providing technical expertise and operational support for Epic-based applications.
- Ensure seamless integration of clinical workflows with technology solutions, driving efficiency, compliance, and measurable outcomes across ambulatory care settings.
- Bachelor’s Level Degree in Pharmacy (Required)
- Doctorate Level Degree in Pharmacy (Preferred)
- Virginia Pharmacist License (Required)
- Epic Willow Inventory, Epic Willow Inpatient, Epic Willow Ambulatory certification (Preferred)
- 2 Years of Pharmacist experience in a Hospital or Clinical Setting (required)
- Experience in one of the following areas is required:
Technical Expertise in Epic, Developing projects with IT teams, Hospital Protocol Development, Clinical Informatics. - Proficiency in using SQL for reporting and data analysis; experience with HL7 standards and system integration required.
- Hands‑on experience in Epic Willow Build, including configuration and maintenance of Willow Inpatient, Willow Ambulatory, and/or Willow Inventory modules.
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize pharmacy workflows using Epic tools to improve patient safety, medication management, and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with Epic upgrade cycles, validation, and testing processes for pharmacy modules.
