• Develop and maintain operational plans, guidance documents, and standard operating procedures to support program operations
• Proactively identify gaps that operational plans and technology can resolve
• Analyze healthcare and application data to track applications and identify areas for improvement
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to address internal and external inquiries
• Apply project management processes to address issues as they arise

• Masterd degree in business management, public policy, health policy, or related discipline
• Minimum of two years of experience in federal consulting or a client-facing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills

• Experience working on HHS or CMS projects
• Understanding of federal healthcare programs and policies
• Ability to advocate for technical platforms to enhance analytical processes
• Willingness to take on leadership roles within task streams
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and other relevant software tools
