Maine; remote Speech Language Pathology Asst

Overview

Talk Path Live partners with schools to provide teletherapy services to students, during school hours, and is currently hiring licensed and experienced speech language pathology assistants. This position would start with a small caseload with the opportunity for growth. We provide a qualified supervisor. This is a fully virtual position, working from home. This is a truly rewarding opportunity for caring therapists who are looking for flexible hours, autonomy, and a deep sense of fulfillment that comes with affecting a real impact in their students' lives.

• Therapists should be independent, creative, flexible, and comfortable working on their own computers from home
• Excellent communication skills via email and phone
• SLPA licensure in your state of residence (if applicable) and the state(s) in which you will practice.
• Department of Education credential (or willingness to obtain) in states that require it
• Functional understanding of electronic devices
• A reliable Internet connection and a private space or office, free from distractions, in which to practice

• Experience with school-based practice
• Experience providing remote, virtual services

• A paid orientation is provided
• Flexible scheduling and respect for your availability (during school hours)
• Responsive leadership team who answers your questions quickly
• Templates for the logistics of practice to reduce administrative time
• Support to cross-credential or license in mutually agreeable states
• Support and resources if you are transitioning from a medical or home health setting to school-based telepractice

Fully Remote Positions Talk Path Live is an online therapy company specializing in school-based speech therapy, mental health, OT, PT, and other related services. We serve students of all ages in a variety of educational settings. We have limited opportunities to work with adults and children in private pay circumstances. Qualified candidates are licensed and hold required state credentialed.
