URGENT At BMWIT, we are on the lookout for a passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is committed to a holistic approach to patient care. In this vibrant role, you will engage in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and prescribe medications necessary to support the well‑being of your patients. Our mental health services are designed to offer intensive outpatient care, delivering a comprehensive array of support for individuals grappling with a diverse range of mental health challenges.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, thoughtfully crafting and executing personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs. In our integrated care practice, our PMHNPs work in harmony with a team of specialized providers, ensuring that both mental and physical health concerns are addressed through a collaborative and holistic lens. Daily case management will be part of your routine, enhancing your ability to foster seamless and effective care for those you serve.

Our patient base is 72‑90 patients, and we work with over 4 community partners and look to continue building those relationships.
